Goose or duck as you wish
Option 1: You have the option to collect your goose hot and ready to serve.
Option 2: Your guests will come at a later point in time? - No problem: Put the goose in the roaster in your home oven, heat the side dishes in a water bath and after about 30 minutes, the goose and side dishes are ready to serve.

Pamper your loved ones with a perfect roast goose or duck and put together your menu with other delicacies such as starters and desserts.
