Long-term prices/discounts

From a stay of 7 nights we offer particularly attractive discounts on the current daily price at the time of booking:

From 7 nights 20% discount

From 29 nights 25% discount

From 3 months 27% discount

 

The discounts stated refer exclusively to the price of accommodation outside of fairs, and they can only be granted for direct bookings (no broker).

The long-term discount is not combined with other discounts (for examble: weekend-discount).

Booking conditions for long-term bookings

We need your credit card details to guarantee the booking and any optional extra costs. Invoices are normally settled weekly.

 

The room price includes weekly cleaning with change of linen (towels & bed linen).

 

During trade fairs, the current prices at the time of the booking apply. No long-term discounts can be given on trade fair prices.

Optional basic interim cleaning of long-term apartments EUR 65.00
Optional daily cleaning of long-term apartments EUR 10.00 per day

Small pets are very welcome! The charge is EUR 10.00 per week from 7 nights.
We charge an extra amount for final cleaning if there are pets (see final cleaning).

 

Cancellation terms for long-term bookings

It is generally possible to cancel your booking free of charge until 7 days before arrival.

​

CAUTION: Trade fair & event dates already set which fall in the period of your reservation, can be cancelled free of charge until 8 weeks before arrival, thereafter 100% of the total amount will be charged.

​

What changes for you if the original booking period becomes shorter?

If the booking period shortens during your stay, the difference between the applicable long-term or possibly short-term price category is calculated and charged retrospectively.

Incidental expenses all inclusive – in all long-term rates
The following incidental expenses are included in all our long-term rates:

• Waste disposal

• Telephone and telephone connection (service charges not included)

• GEZ (TV and radio licence) / GEMA (MCPS) charges

 

Final cleaning charges (from 29 nights in apartment or suite)
After long-term use, apartments or suites need to be thoroughly cleaned, and that is why we charge a one-off final cleaning fee:

Long-term from 29 nights:

Final cleaning one-time                   EUR 75.00
Final cleaning with pet one-time     EUR 125.00

Long-term from 3 months:

Final cleaning one-time                   EUR 95.00
Final cleaning with pet one-time     EUR 145.00

Cleaning service for long-term guests

All long-term rental contracts officially contain 1 weekly clean, but unofficially we come round 1.5 times.

Once a week your room and bathroom will be thoroughly cleaned by our housekeepers. This service includes changing the bed linen and towels and disposing of waste.

And we come and look again briefly to see if there is more rubbish to be taken away.

Additional cleaning on request

You can of course book further cleaning services at your long-term rate.

​

Additional, daily cleaning can be booked at a price of EUR 10.00 per clean.

Please give your wishes in this regard to our team at reception by 9 a.m. at the latest.

​

We offer you thorough interim cleaning at a price of EUR 45.00 per clean.

Our housekeeping team will be pleased to receive your information via our reception team – 2 days in advance.

You are expecting visitors over the weekend or for longer?

We will be happy to make sure that your guest finds fresh bed linen and towels waiting for them and that they feel just as comfortable as you do. We charge a daily fee of EUR 4.00 per person for linen and for high incidental expenses but at least EUR 10.00 per arrival per person. Please take note of the maximum number of people per room.
