The conference rooms can be designed flexibly as long as the 10-person rule is observed. A minimum distance of 1.5m must be maintained to each seating group of a maximum of 10 people. However, the seating plan should remain the same for each conference participant throughout the duration of the event.

The moderation cases are disinfected before and after the event.

Before entering and after leaving the conference room, we ask the participants to disinfect their hands. You can find a disinfectant dispenser at the reception.

The conference rooms will be aired by the hotel team before the start of the event and at the end of the event. During the event and during the breaks, the participants ensure adequate ventilation.

All participants are obliged to wear a mouth and nose cover when they are in public parts of the building (reception, corridor, toilet, ...)
